TriQuint Semiconductor, Inc. (NASDAQ:TQNT) is a leading supplier of high-performance modules, components and foundry services for the world's leading communications companies. The company's focus is on the specialized expertise, materials and know/how of radio frequency (RF) and other high intermediate frequency applications. The company enjoys diversity in its markets, applications, products, technology and customer base. Markets include wireless handsets, broadband communications, wireless base stations and military systems.

With revenue of over $400 million in 2006, a 36% increase over 2005 and guidance of 18% plus growth in 2007, TriQuint continues to win in the market. 2006 results included 433% earnings growth, 97 new handset design wins, increased penetration of tier one handset suppliers, increased market share and additional 42.5 million in gross margin. With net income guidance for 2007 up 40-50% and a very recent full payment on the convertible note, TriQuint has $150 million cash, no debt, marquis customers, including Motorola and Samsung as greater than 10% of revenue customers for 2006 and is well positioned for future growth. Other top customers include Nokia, Texas Instruments, Raytheon, Ericsson, Northrop Grumman, LG and Kyocera.

The company's products are designed on various wafer substrates including compound semiconductor materials such as gallium arsenide (GaAs) and piezoelectric crystals such as lithium tantalite (LiTa03). The company also uses a variety of process technologies using GaAs substrates including hetrojunction bipolar transistor (HBT) and pseudomophic high electron mobility transistor (pHEMT). Using various other substrates, the company also manufacture surface acoustic wave (SAW) and bulk acoustic wave (BAW) products. TriQuint customers include major communications companies worldwide.

TriQuint has 1,800 employees with manufacturing facilities in Oregon, Texas and Florida, an assembly plant in Costa Rica, Sales/Application Support offices in Asia and Design centers in New England, North Carolina and Germany. TriQuint is headquartered in Hillsboro, Oregon, a western suburb of Portland.

The qualified candidate will have the following:

• Verifiable success as a CFO of a public manufacturing company with revenues over $200 million.
• Track record of accomplishment in working with and managing the analyst community, evidenced by adding analyst coverage.
• Verifiable success in working with CEO to maximize efficiencies, driving fiscal discipline and financial performance in a competitive market that results in lower costs and favorable competitive benchmarks.
• Financial leadership evidenced by strong balance sheet management and a deep understanding of GAAP.
• Verifiable success as a business leader, providing value beyond traditional Finance, Accounting and IT.
• Leadership style that mentors his/her team and engages and involves the entire enterprise in business success.
