Growing at over 50% per year, profitable and with marquis customers like Hilton, Sheraton, Westin, Starwood, Kimpton Group and Joie de Vivre, Eleven Wireless is the leader in hospitality broadband. Eleven Wireless designs, develops and markets the software solutions to operate and manage guest Internet and other broadband networks in premium and upscale hotels. Despite limited resources, Eleven had become a trusted partner of both large brands as well as smaller and more boutique hotel groups. Additionally, Eleven has grown marketing and distribution partnerships with leading solutions providers to the hospitality market including LodgeNet, Sprint and PSAV. Eleven's mission and focus is to be the leader of high-quality broadband services for the hospitality sector.

Eleven's software platform, ElevenOS, is a flexible, easy-to-use, cost-effective authentication, billing, authorization, accounting, and reporting and management system for operating of wireless and wired broadband networks. ElevenB^TM is a turnkey business center solution that leverages ElevenOS to deliver a secure, reliable and robust public computing experience for guests. The company currently generates revenue through a hosted software subscription and revenue-share model and serves nearly a thousand hotels.

Eleven's early success has been widely publicized in such local and industry publications as: Wi-Fi Planet, Portland Business Journal, The Oregonian, Phone+Magazine, Business 2.0, Oregon Business, Portland Tribune, Unstrung and MSNBC. The team was OEN's Development Stage Company of the year in 2005.

Founded in 2002, the company has become one of the fastest growing technology companies focused in Internet-based services for hotel and convention guests. With just one round of seed financing and tight control of expenses, the company reached cash-flow breakeven in 2006 and has been profitable since. Eleven has 14 full-time and 1 part-time employees and is headquarters in the Portland State University Business Accelerator.

The qualified candidate will have the following:

• Success as a VP/GM or Vice President/Director that has managed multiple disciplines and achieved significant growth in revenue and profitability.
• Track record of success delivering technology services, evidenced by business growth in an internet services, hosted software or SaaS business model.
• The leadership, drive and entrepreneurial energy to thrive in an early state resource constrained company.
• Success in raising venture capital (with positive VC references) a plus.
• Knowledge of senior executives/contacts in the hospitality industry would also be a plus.
