Frank Moscow, Founder and President

With over 20 years of executive search success, Frank's projects are exclusively at the Board of Directors, CEO, COO, General Manager, and VP level.

As a limited partner in four venture funds and counsel to Venture Capitalists, Board of Directors and CEOs on senior executive searches, Frank is at the leading edge of executive search issues in high technology. He is a frequent author and speaker on executive search in the technology market.

Frank has previously served on the Executive Committee of the American Electronics Association (AEA) Oregon Council, is past Chairman of the Emerging Business Committee of the AEA, and past Chair of the Executive Human Resources Committee of the AEA. He is also a partner in Social Venture Partners: Portland, which has recently awarded their first four grants.

An Oregon native, Frank majored in Computer Science and Economics at University of Oregon in Eugene. He is married with two daughters and is fond of most outdoor activities (particularly golf), good food, wine, travel and is an avid NBA fan.

Tom has been involved with executive search in high technology for more than ten years, including the past eight years at The Brentwood Group. He has successfully concluded several Chief Officer, Vice President, and Director level projects across all functional disciplines for The Brentwood Group's retained high technology clients. Tom recently opened The Brentwood Group's Boise office to expand our geographical reach/presence in Idaho, Utah and the entire Intermountain West region.

He has served on the AeA Membership Committee (two years), the AeA Emerging Business Committee (two years), Angel Oregon Competition (Evaluation Committee), and High Technology Awards Committee.

Prior to his move to the Pacific Northwest, Tom was a Senior Analyst with The Martec Group in Chicago, a B2B marketing research and consulting firm serving Fortune 500 companies. There he specialized in competitive intelligence, new product introduction and market size and segmentation analyses.

Tom received his B.S. degree in Engineering Arts with a Business application from Michigan State University. He is married with a young son and daughter and spends most of his free time playing basketball or pursuing outdoor interests, including fishing, hunting and skiing.

Jim has over nine years of retained executive search experience for director, CxO and VP-level positions within the high technology sector. His background also includes experience as an entrepreneur and internal corporate recruiting for a Fortune 100 company.

Jim has a long history of high technology leadership & community support, serving with organizations such as the Oregon Entrepreneurs Network (OEN) and the American Electronics Association (AeA). He is currently chair of the AeA Board of Directors Education Program Committee, sits on the OEN's Board of Directors Development Committee and is vice chair for the Oregon Entrepreneurship Awards dinner.

Jim is married with a young daughter, and spends most of his free time being a family man or pursuing outdoor interests, including flyfishing and hunting. Other passions include fine wine and a game of Texas Hold'em.
